Refund & Return Policy

1. OVERVIEW

At FLOSAP INC, we are committed to customer satisfaction. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted for both digital services and physical products.

2. DIGITAL SERVICES

Due to the nature of our AI-powered web design and digital solutions, all digital service purchases are non-refundable once work has started or been delivered.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us at info@flosap.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

 

3. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

We accept returns of eligible physical products (such as Apple devices) under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email info@flosap.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

4. REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. EXCEPTIONS

Returns or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Custom or configured Mac devices

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Digital services already delivered
